To keep it planet-friendly, swap dairy cream for oat or cashew cream, toast breadcrumbs (pangrattato) instead of heavy parmesan. Same silky sauce, smaller footprint.

❄️ Awareness: Fridges and freezers run 24/7, so small inefficiencies (wrong temps, frosty coils, leaky seals) waste energy all day long.
🧊 Action: Set fridge to ~4 °C and freezer to ~–18 °C. Defrost if frost builds up. Keep units ~⅔ full (stash water jugs or dry goods; leave headspace in water for expansion). Give the back/vents breathing room, vacuum dust off coils, and do the paper-test on door gaskets (paper should tug firmly when closed).
