🥗 The Green Meal
🥦 Cauliflower is a climate-friendly powerhouse - it requires significantly less water and land than animal-based foods, and produces less than 0.5 kg of CO₂ per kg of food, making it a low-impact crop.
💪 On the health side, it's packed with vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants, and its anti-inflammatory compounds have been linked to lower risk of chronic diseases.
♻️ Eco Tip
Awareness: 🧴 Microplastics have been found in human blood, lungs - even in placentas. A major source? Everyday plastic packaging, which breaks down over time and makes its way into the environment - and eventually, into us.
Action: 🌍 This Earth Day, skip plastic-wrapped produce at the store and head to a local farmer’s market or bulk section with your own containers. Reducing packaging waste cuts pollution and your exposure to invisible plastics.
